- Include the email address used at checkout.
- Refunds land on the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
When refunds aren’t available
- More than 14 days after purchase.
- Annual renewals — cancel renewal from your account before the next charge.
- Charge-backs — we’re happy to refund directly; please email us before opening a chargeback.
