We try to collect as little data as possible. This page covers what we collect, when, and how to ask us to delete it.
What we collect
- Email address — when you sign up for a Pro/Agency licence or our newsletter.
- Order data — billing details handled by our payment processor (Stripe / PayPal). We never see your card number.
- Aggregated, anonymous usage statistics from the plugin (block usage frequency) — opt-out in the plugin settings.
What we don’t collect
- Personally identifiable visitor data from sites running NexaBlocks.
- Form submission contents — those stay on your own WordPress installation.
Your rights
Email contact@nexablocks at any time to download, export or permanently delete your data. We process requests within 14 days.
